Anti-Snoring Exercise Examples

There are many anti-snoring exercises that can be done before bed without any additional equipment. Half an hour a day for a certain amount of time - and you can get rid of snoring, and households will fall asleep in silence.


  • Stick your tongue out 30 times with effort. Discover how your excreting muscles are located at the root of your tongue. After 2 seconds, pulling the tongue back, accompanying this movement, we say vowel "e" at a sustained pace. They should reach for the chin. To have a healthy sleep, repeat manipulations daily, in the optimal version - twice a day. This exercise strengthens the muscles of the palate, tongue and tongue.

  • Close your mouth tightly and pull your lower jaw down with your fingers.

Examples of exercises include:

  • Stick your tongue out ahead and downward as far as possible and hold it in this position for a few seconds. The exercise strengthens the muscles of the tongue, it should be performed twice a day with a repetition of 30 times.
  • Press on the chin with your hand and move the lower jaw with a slight force back and forth, resisting this movement. Do it twice a day, 20 times.

  • Attempting to press the tongue on the upper palate for a minute. Three sets, a break of 30 seconds. Such gymnastics strengthens the muscles of the upper palate well.
  • Move the root of the tongue back towards the throat. In this case, the mouth should be closed, breathing is carried out through the nose. Do three sets of 30 times, rest between them - 30 seconds.
  • Pronounce the vowel sounds "e" and "u" out loud 20-25 times, straining the muscles of the neck.
  • Say 20-25 times the vowel sounds "a" and "u" straining the muscles of the neck.
